At Grey-Smith Legal we understand that dealing with the death of someone can be an extremely difficult time and dealing with their affairs can be overwhelming.
You may need to apply for a grant of probate or if there is no will, letters of administration (Grant of Representation) to deal with the deceased person’s estate. We have a team of expert Probate Solicitors who can assist you throughout the process and to take that unnecessary stress away from you. Some of our clients instruct us to only make the application for a Grant of Representation however some instruct us to handle the full administration of the estate on their behalf. It usually takes around 6 months to obtain the Grant of Representation and a further 6-12 months to deal with the administration of the estate thereafter.
